About this At the beginning of 2003, Classic Alpaca began forming business relationships with U.S. retailers to whom we sold items such as sweaters, chullos and gloves acquired from third parties. As the market demand grew, so too did our customers requirements for quality and style. We came to realize that we could meet the production targets of our important customers and control the quality and style of our garments only by operating our own production facility. After searching for a site throughout Peru, we chose the city of Huancayo for our facility and, at the beginning of 2009, started production with a workshop of five local weavers. We are proud that our workshop now employs over 100 women and men working in specialized production areas of our facility. This achievement would not have been possible without the full support of our excellent workers. We also have added a production facility in Lima and equipped it with three new German made Stoll flat bed knitting machines employing the latest in technology. We have also invested in five new Italian sock machines using the latest technology. Between the Lima and Huancayo facilities Classic Alpaca makes a full line of alpaca clothing and accessories. Classic Alpaca ships worldwide, and private labels for larger international customers using both yours or our designs. Our showrooms both in Huancayo and Lima are large enough to accommodate visitors who wish to know more about our production and about the benefits of our Peruvian alpaca fiber, the “Gold of the Andes. |

| SHIPPING-RETURN POLICY * For USA Orders Only: For orders up to, and including $499.99 the shipping charge is a flat $15.00 per shipment. For orders between $500.00-999.99, the shipping charge is a flat $7.50 per shipment. For orders over $1,000.00, the shipping is FREE for each shipment. If for some reason there is something, you simply don’t want to carry in your store you may simply send it back to arrive to us within 14 days of receiving the order for a full refund, excluding return shipping. If you find that something has a defect simply notify within 14 days of you receiving the order for a full refund, including shipping.
