Texwinca, established in 1975, was listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong in 1992. The Group S business includes spinning, yarn dyeing, fabric knitting, dyeing and finishing with subsidiaries for apparel retailing and garment production.
The Group set up “Dongguan Texwinca Textile & Garment Limited” with the operation inMa Chong Zhen, Dongguan, Mainland China, in 1992. The factory is equipped with world-wide advanced production equipment and facility with more than 7000 employees.
The Group has invested over 4 Billion Hong Kong Dollars, and its annual value of production reaches 5 Billion Renminbi. The customer networks spread across Mainland China, Japan, U.S.A., Europe, and Asian Countries, mainly for global fashion brands.
