On Tuesday, June 18th, Outdoor Retailer, a trade show recognized as the hub of all things new and innovative in the outdor industry, will take place in Denver, Colorado. Returning as an exhibitor is none other than XION: an online marketplace that connects independent high-end bicycle retailers with the community, allowing customers to easily shop the products they want locally. This year, XION is coming with new heat as they launch and introduce their newest product: XWORKS.
XWORKS is revolutionizing work orders for outdoor retailers, thus enhancing the customer Xperience. This platform helps smaller retailers compete with larger retailers by integrating work order systems directly to the point of sale (POS) and store operations. XWORKS also allows stores to communicate directly with consumers via an integrated text messaging system to let them know when their product repair is being started, repaired, and is ready for pick-up. This helps avoid the hassles of phone tag and lack of communication from the retailer. This way, consumers have the benefit of getting their product back seamlessly and much faster. XWORKS is the most recent addition to the full suite of products offered by XION including: XMARK (marketing), XPOS (point of sale), and XCOMM (e-commerce).
XION invites show attendees and media to come check out their innovative booth, number 54163-UL, where they’ll offer free silk screen t-shirts as a work order to showcase their XWORKS platform.
