ALES GREY™ Launches World’s First Sustainable Single-Piece injection clog made in Italy.
LOS ANGELES - ALES GREY™ Foot-tech company on a mission towards accelerating sustainable footwear with technology.
ALES GREY™ first of its kind, single-piece injection-molded shoe is made entirely of a proprietary recycled compound made from the recovery of by-products, scraps, and other production waste from factories. What would have been landfill bound transforms into the Sustainablefoam material. The Sustainable foam is made of 51% recycled materials and retains all of the physical and mechanical properties of the original foam. It saves 50% of new mineral resources and halves waste disposal. Each pair of Rodeo Drive Slip Ons sold saves a single shoe’s worth of material from the landfill and is made with ZERO water waste, thus saving 8,000 liters of water over the manufacturing of a single pair of traditional leather shoes.
Every pair is waterproof, breathable, and ultra-lightweight weighing less than a pound. The closed-cell structure of the foam ensures bacteria resistance and anti-odor protection. Ventilation slits along the inner medial side of the midsole offer style, function and breathability.
ALES GREY™ is the newest purpose driven brand from 25+ year industry experienced global footwear expert “Sneaker Steve” Patiño. The name of the company ALES GREY™ is derived from his son’s name and is a tribute to how Patiñoenvisions the future of footwear with offerings for men, women and kids.
With every shoe sold ALES GREY™ will plant a mangrove tree removing 500lbs of c02 to offset the carbon emissions and decarbonize the transportation.
