LONG BEACH, Calif. - July 20, 2018 - ACT Lab, the independent third-party accredited laboratory that conducts safety and compliance testing for the bike and outdoor industries, has partnered with Camber Outdoors, the organization dedicated to achieving gender equity in the active-outdoor industry. ACT Lab will provide complimentary expert consulting on regulatory compliance to finalists of Camber Outdoors Pitchfest.
Pitchfest, a mentoring and acceleration program for woman-owned businesses in the active-outdoor industry, culminates on July 22 in Denver, Colo. when 7 finalists participate in a live “pitch” event targeted at influential CEOs, entrepreneurs, investors, and thought leaders in town for the Outdoor Retailer Summer Market trade show.
